Charted Sea provides managed proxies at near cost, with a small margin to cover payment gateway fees and measurement variations. We do not profit from reselling proxy traffic—our focus is on convenience and transparency.

Customer Data and Privacy Notice
All data provided by the customer, such as scraping requests, along with any data generated by our service, including scraping results, is treated as strictly confidential and remains the exclusive property of the customer.
To safeguard your privacy, data is automatically deleted after a configurable period, ensuring that your information is not retained longer than necessary. Additionally, customers have full control over their data and can choose to delete it at any time.
Notes and Clarifications
[1] Special pricing for Shopee product detail requests: The /api/v4/pdp/get_pc and /api/v4/pdp/get_rw APIs have exceptionally strong anti-bot protection, requiring extensive R&D to maintain reliable access. Due to the high complexity, pricing for these requests is adjusted to reflect the additional costs involved.
[2] Proxy Traffic Cost and Variability: The displayed average cost per 1,000 requests refers to successful requests only. Actual proxy consumption may vary depending on platform defenses, traffic conditions, and request complexity. During peak periods, such as promotions or major sales events, stricter defenses may slightly increase proxy costs, while normal periods may result in slightly lower costs.
[3] Payment for Successful Requests: Charges apply only to successful scraping requests. Automatic retries and failed requests incur no additional cost. However, if you use Charted Sea’s managed proxies, proxy fees still apply regardless of request success.
[4] Prepayment and Wallet System: Our service operates on a prepaid basis. Funds are added to your wallet and deducted as requests are completed. If you’d like to test our service, please contact us for free credit.
[5] Credits Across All Services: Volume discounts apply universally, allowing you to use your balance across all scrapers. The amount deducted depends on the specific scraper selected.
