Console

The Console allows you to monitor scraping activity, usage, wallet balance, and proxy health.

Access it at:

Dashboard​

The Dashboard provides an operational overview of your scraping activity.

You can view:

  • Scraping task counts by status (queued, submitted, successful, etc.)
  • Proxy traffic consumption
  • Time-based statistics (last hour, last 24h, custom periods, etc.)
  • Charts and detailed tables

This page is designed to help you:

  • Monitor success rates
  • Detect abnormal failure spikes
  • Track traffic during high-volume events
  • Identify unusual proxy consumption

We recommend actively monitoring success rate trends, especially during major platform updates or sales events.

Billing​

The Billing page shows:

  • Current wallet balance
  • Pending payments awaiting confirmation
  • Detailed wallet top-up transactions with pricing tier, usage period, and request counts
  • Consumption breakdown by scraper

From the Billing page you can:

  • Add credits by selecting an amount, entering billing details, and paying an invoice.
  • Track pending payments and their status.
  • Download invoice PDFs for each transaction.

Wallet Balance​

Your remaining credits are visible at all times in the top header.

When your balance reaches zero:

  • New scraping tasks are rejected.
  • Pending tasks are waiting.
  • Existing running tasks are not interrupted.

Upcoming additions:

  • Alerts if balance drops below a defined threshold.

Proxy​

The Proxy page provides health information about:

  • Charted Sea managed proxies
  • Your custom proxies (if configured)

You can:

  • Monitor proxy availability
  • Detect country-level instability
  • Identify potential proxy-related issues

If you use your own proxies, this page helps validate configuration and health status.

API Keys​

API tokens are required for all API requests.

You can generate a token from the Get API Token button on the Dashboard.

Treat API tokens as secrets.
If you suspect a leak, contact us immediately to revoke and regenerate your credentials.

Best Practices​

To operate reliably in production:

  • Monitor success rate regularly.
  • Pause or reduce traffic if success rate drops significantly.
  • Track proxy usage during major platform events.
  • Keep wallet balance above a safe operating threshold.
