What is Charted Sea?
Charted Sea is a B2B SaaS platform that provides reliable scraping infrastructure for hard-to-access e-commerce platforms in Southeast Asia.
We maintain production-grade scrapers so you don't have to fight anti-bot systems, browser updates, or mobile API changes. You integrate once with our API, submit scraping tasks, and receive responses.
Our focus is simple: reliable access to protected marketplace data at scale.

How Billing Works
Charted Sea uses a wallet-based, usage-based billing model.
Scraping Requests
- You top up your wallet.
- Each successful scraping request deducts credits.
- Failed or blocked requests are not billed.
Proxy Traffic (if using managed proxies)
By default, scrapers use proxies managed by Charted Sea.
If you use our managed proxies:
- Proxy traffic is charged separately, based on usage.
- We provide proxies at near cost, with a small margin to cover payment processing and measurement variations.
- We do not profit from reselling proxy traffic.
If you prefer full control over proxy costs, you can configure your own proxies (see Proxy Configuration).

Create an Account (Free Credits Included)
To get started, contact us to create your account and receive API credentials.
We grant free credits so you can test the platform in production conditions before committing.
Self-service registration and Stripe payments are coming soon.
Once your account is created, head to the Quick Start guide to submit your first scraping task.
